Service Description

In Person, Online Skype, FaceTime or Telephone Offering talk and arts therapies, I will support you in life’s difficulties while maintaining a space of safety, empathy and respect. I will help you understand and manage conflict, symptoms of depressions and anxiety or any life issue you are struggling with. With this comes greater self awareness and understanding in order to alleviate symptoms but also to allow you to heal and confidently move forward. Note: Many extended medical plans cover the cost of a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor. Please check with your health care provider.
